Shipping policy
- All orders are shipped on priority(48-72 hours). But if you still need an urgent shipping you can use Rush Shipping service.
- Tshirts once printed can not be cancelled.
- If there is any issue with the order. Order status will be changed to On-Hold, You can get in touch with us via Support ticket system
- For any kind of delay or issues you can create a ticket against the same order, via support ticket system
- Any kind of Shipment RTO (Customer refuses, missing shipping information ) customer will be charged the RTO . Elecustoms is not responsible for RTO, However, we assure we will take our best of efforts to get all orders delivered.
- Elecustoms allows you to have your own courier account and upload the shipment labels while placing the orders.
- We offer Prepaid and COD order both, depends on shipping providers. COD order amount will be added into your wallet in 10 to 15 days. (If you inform us via support ticket system of the same order, for the same order delivery we can credit the amount in 24 hours.)

Returns and Exchange
- Reshipping and handling charges are applicable for all RTO order(order status - RTO received
- For any kind of defect in product immediate exchange is provided from our side.
- We keep all RTO orders for 45 days, after that these RTO orders are either donated or Reshipped to your address
- RTO orders with multiple products needs to be shipped in the same bundle. We wont be able to ship them individually.
- All products exchange cost will be debited from your account. New order placement is required.
